NEW WARBIRDS MOBILE//ROYALTIES FOR SUPPORTERS

WarBirds Mobile

IENT is going to build a WarBirds mobile game.

You can participate in the building of that game by helping IENT fund the development (and get a financial return of 50%) and helping us test.

IENT is still writing the details but he is a summary to see if anyone in the community is interested in the fun and profit of participating in development.

1) IENT will build a WarBirds game.
2) IENT will pay royalties to those who participate to give participants their money back and a 50% return minimum.
3) IENT can get this game done by September 2016 if we start soon.
4) Minimum investment is $1000.
5) Game features will be evolving from a landing game to an air combat game to participating on WarBirds Online.
a. Landing game with WW II Aircraft first with short missions.
b. Evolves to a single player air to air combat game.
c. Evolves to allow players to talk with online players and participate as gunners and observers.
d. Evolves into actually flying aircraft online in WarBirds.
6) WarBirds Mobile is expected to be up to five different mobile games based on Korea, Vietnam, Gulf War, and Future Air Combat versions.
7) WarBirds Mobile should generate enough revenues to get IENT stock back trading and Zooming for all stockholders of IENT. Participants will get their name in the Credits Screen as the Founders/Squadron members of WarBirds Mobile.
a. Participants will be asked to help test and improve the WarBirds mobile game.
9) Anyone interested in participating can email Wild Bill at jwstealey@ient.com to get on the list when the real investment proposal comes out.

1) IENT will build a WarBirds game.

How?

2) IENT will pay royalties to those who participate to give participants their money back and a 50% return minimum.

When?

3) IENT can get this game done by September 2016 if we start soon

What? not in two weeks?

5) Game features will be evolving from a landing game to an air combat game to participating on WarBirds Online.

What is the timeline for each of the steps? 2 weeks?

7) WarBirds Mobile should generate enough revenues to get IENT stock back trading and Zooming for all stockholders of IENT. Participants will get their name in the Credits Screen as the Founders/Squadron members of WarBirds Mobile.

You think any of us care about IENT's stock status? Clue.. [It's a (((***SMALL***)) group of people who pay each month to play this. We don't care about your stock prices]

I wouldnt lay down all aspects of that project here in in the public, to be honest. I understand it as a question of: put me on the list, or don't put me on the list.

Here some are answers for those who are interested in WarBirds Mobile.

1) IENT will build a WarBirds game.

How?

With a qualified developer who I have competed against many years ago with F-15 Strike Eagle who has great Flight Sim Experience.

2) IENT will pay royalties to those who participate to give participants their money back and a 50% return minimum.

When?

IENT will pay royalties on a Quarterly basis after receiving cash from Google and Apple!

3) IENT can get this game done by September 2016 if we start soon

What? not in two weeks?

We will use Unity 5.0 which will give us lots of flexibility to grow the franchise with other versions, other periods of flight, and other devices as we go along.

And not two weeks as SPINDZ is busy and we have to have outside help!

5) Game features will be evolving from a landing game to an air combat game to participating on WarBirds Online.

What is the timeline for each of the steps? 2 weeks?

NO CURRENT Timeline for follow on products. Have to get the first one up and making money first.

I think you should care as the stock price allows us to raise money, to do more development, to add new features!

And you would be suprised at the number of WarBirds players that are IENT stockholders!

And quite a few WarBirders bought stock at less than 1 cent. When it goes up and down they make a few thousand dollars each time. One WarBirder I know made $30,000 in the last 2 years on the stock. So that is pretty good for him!

So you might want to check that out as we make our new Acquisition we announced last week!

5 cent gain on 10,000 cheap shares was a nice return for the day!

We want all stockholders to do well!

More Questions?

WB

I would guess that it's an App for:

iPhone
iPod
iPad

Maybe also for Android phones and tablet devices?

All,

We now have a royalty agreement and a developer ready to go.

We are going to start funding now.

If you are interested in this first WarBirds Mobile game, WarBirds: WW II Europe Flight Simulator , please contact me and I will send out the Royalty agreement.

Basically it says we will pay you back for your development advance, and keep giving you royalties until we pay you a 50% return on any money you invested! And you get additional royalties for up to two years as described below.

At $3 million in two year revenues the return could be 75% or $112,500 on a $150,000 investment with the original development advance paid off! We think we may be able to do $5 million in revenues with this game so your return would almost 150% or $225,000!

And you may not care (as some have said-but many of our players are IENT Stockholders), we believe this can get the IENT stock trading much higher with value and volume for all stockholders!

"2. Repayment and Royalty Amounts. Publisher shall pay to Investor percent (20%) of the gross revenues received by Publisher from the licensing, sale, distribution or other exploitation of the Game (“Net Revenue”) until the total amount paid by Publisher to Investor equals the Investment plus a 50% return. (Until the Investor is repaid 150% of his funding investment).

a. Net Revenue will be defined as any cash payments from Google, Apple, or other third party distribution companies who assist in the collection of revenues from the operation or sale of the WarBirds Mobile: WW II game.

b. After the Investor receives payments equal to his full investment plus a 50% return, and for the remainder of time for 2 years after initial release of the Game Product, the Investor will receive a continuing 5% of the Net Revenue without limit for the remainder of the 2 year period."

Email JWStealey@ient.com. If you want to get on the SKYPE and Chat about this you can do that too!

And if a group wants to get together and sponsor the entire first game for your Squadron, then we would add something like, "The 352nd Fighter Group's, WarBirds Europe" in the name!

Great way for publicity for your Squad and for WarBirds!

WB

Bill, I was the fist to ask you a question on this thread. You completely passed over it. I think, as a businessman seeking funding, the question I asked would be an important one to answer. Maybe not....

I just saw the Trailer for Warbirds Mobile. Looks real good so far!
It was a link in my eMail for the upcoming M4 Tank event.

One thing I didn't like was the use of (one Spitfire) low-res skin.
The lettering on one Hurricane was way too BOLD. Is the roll-out
still set for September?

More CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM & SUGGESTIONS: I don't like the excessive
shell casings flying out of your plane (not shown in screen above they
appear earlier in the trailer). I also don't like the white squares
that guide you to your target, they seem distractive. I wish the enemy planes
would appear larger than they do.

I'm going to buy stock in iENT now. Looks like a winner! I wonder if some
of the contributing volunteers might be rewarded with stock?

PS: WB, why not post the trailer here too?

IART,
With the skinning contribution you have made over the years, IEN should be offering you some stock
(Same goes for other long term volunteers)

Apparently, the description text for the Hawk 75 has been somewhat mixed-up with the one for the Hurricane.

Will they be fixing it first or just using the unfinished buggy versions we have already online?

Yet another distraction that requires resources to be taken away from the main game that is STILL in need of being developed!

oy..
